- Drum Gloves - There are a lot of things in this world I had no idea existed until I married a musician. There are so many different pieces of complicated equipment that you could go broke trying to buy them all. Not everything is intense or expensive however, some of them are rather simple and serve a really great purpose. Things like guitar picks and drum sticks are some things that come to mind, but did you know there was such a thing as drum gloves? I didn’t know until recently. Perhaps that is because my husband is a guitar player and not a drummer.
- Drum Kit - I got my first drum kit when I was about 10 years old. Actually, it was more of a toy drum set. It was made out of plastic for the most part, and it was pretty flimsy, but I really liked it. I did not know anything about drum kits. All I knew that was that I loved to bang on things with stick and make loud noises. That, after all, is the fundamentals of being a drummer. You have to love noise. Otherwise, you'll never get into it.
